Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all brow color services including: * Brow Tint & Tailor- $35 * Brow Calm & Color (PPD free)- $40 * Starr Brow Stain (Hybrid Tint + Henna)- $55 * Starr Airbrush Sculpt (Hybrid Tint + Henna)- $75 Before Your Appointment: * Please arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. * Avoid exfoliating acids, retinol, or sunburn on the brow area at least 3 days prior. * If you're a first-time client, a patch test is highly recommended 24-48 hours before your service, especially for sensitive or allergy-prone skin. * Please inform me of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, pr recent reactions to hair dyes, henna, or cosmetic stains. Contraindications - You should not receive a brow coloe service if: * You've had a recent allergic reaction to tint, henna, or hair dye * The skin around the brows is broken, peeling, irritated, or sunburned * You have eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis flaring around the brows * You've received Botox or filler near the brow area in the past 2 weeks * You are currently on Accutane (must be off for at least 6 months) Aftercare Guidelines: * Keep browa dry and free of makeup or skincare for 24-48 hours post-treatment. * Avoid direct sun exposure, sweating, saunas, or steam for 48 hours. * Do not exfoliate or use retinol, acids, or harsh cleaners around the brow area for at least 5 days. * For longer-lasting results, avoid rubbing or over-cleansing the brow area. Additional Notes: * Staining results vary based on your skin type, oil production, and skincare routine. * Brow tint lasts up to 3-4 weeks on the hair, stain may last up to 7-10 days on the skin and 4-6 weeks on the hair. * Reactions are rare but possible-- please follow patch test recommendations for your safety. * Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.
