Cancellation Policy
A consistent and structured approach is required to achieve the best results from your Procell Microchanneling treatments. Here's what to expect: * Treatments must be scheduled every 2-4 weeks, depending on the area and your skin's response. * Skipping or delaying appointments may affect your results and progress. Recommended Series: * Face /Neck: 3-6 treatments for best results * Body areas: 4-8 treatments depending on condition (e.g., stretch marks, scars, laxity) Your customized treatment plan will be discussed during your first session. Pre-Treatment Policy * Avoid retinol, acids, waxing, or aggressive exfoliation 5 days prior * Stay hydrated and arrive with clean skin (no makeup, oils, or moisturizer) Post-Treatment Care *Avoid make-up, sun exposure, and sweating for 24-48 hours * Use only recommended products provided or approved by your provider *You may experience redness, tightness, or light flaking for a few days Package Policy * All packages must be used within 4-5 months from purchase *No refunds on unused sessions * Missed or late-canceled appointments (less than 24 hours) may result in loss of session *Consistency is key-- skipping sessions may void your progress and results Eligibility and Contraindications This treatment may not be suitable if you are: *Pregnant * Using Accutane (or within 6 months of discontinuing) * Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation * Have active cold sores or infections in the treatment area
