Cancellation Policy
* Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible. * Stay well-hydrated the day before and the day of your treatment to support lymphatic flow. * Avoid heavy exfoliants, aggressive exfoliants, or injections (Botox, fillers) within 7 days prior. * If you've recently been ill, wait at least 7 days after symptoms subside before booking. Contraindications -- you should not receive this treatment if you have: * Skin infections, open wounds, or rashes on the face/neck * Lymphatic disorders or active cancer (unless cleared by a physician) * Recent surgery or cosmetic injections (within 7 days) * Acute inflammation or infection in the body * Blood clotting disorders or a history of thrombosis Post-Treatment Care: * Mild flushing or temporary warmth in the face is normal and will subside. * Continue to hydrate well after your treatment to support lymphatic function. * Avoid applying heavy makeup or aggressive skincare for 24 hours. * Gentle movement or light walking after your service can enhance results.
